Time goes by quickly and rapidly. Be aware of the time you spend behind a screen of your electronic devices. The time you spend behind these devices is mostly a waste. We don’t consider the time used for work, but instead during your leisure time.
The spiritual world wants you to monitor in the next week how many hours you spend behind a screen during your own time. After, we want you to make a list of all the activities and the help of others you could have done with this time.
Based on the number of hours found, try from now on to use at least 25% of that number on other activities which include real contact with people.
You will find out that your happiness will increase accordingly.
