Know that a conflict always starts from a negative thought or feeling. As of today, try to analyze your thoughts and feelings in order to acknowledge if they are from you or your ego.
It is so easy to start a conflict but way harder to stop it. Only a true communication and understanding of the other point of view can resolve a conflict.
